Job Description
The Rehancement Group Inc. (TRG) is a professional services and consulting firm committed to our government clients. We provide highly qualified professionals to support the mission of our clients.
TRG is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to support services for the Human Capital Management Segment Architecture (HCMSA) for the United States Coast Guard. This position will have a hybrid work schedule with work being performed at the USCG Headquarters in Washington DC or offsite with the option to telework with approval.
Core hours are between 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (ET) Monday through Friday.
This position is contingent upon Contract Award.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide guidance and direction for executive level projects implementing initiative management principles business process development business reengineering and strategic business projects.
- Maintain results of business process models in DOORS (Dynamic ObjectOriented Requirements System).
- Manage projects of high complexity and direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
- Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness quality and adherence to customer requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret Government policy regulations and directives and to apply those interpretations when directed by the Project Manager or designee fully and legally to all PWS activities.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with executive level personnel.
- Ability to demonstrate research analysis and business process modeling skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher
- A minimum of 310 years of related experience
- Proficiency utilizing IBM Rational DOORS
