Are you an initiativetaking experienced and personable Leasing Manager ready to join a fantastic team of professionals GoldOller Real Estate Investments is on the hunt for someone like YOU!
Pay: $21.00 /hr
Leasing Managers lead a team of leasing consultants (agents specialist) to always ensure maximum occupancy of our customers home and a high renewal rate. They work alongside team members to ensure the completion of all necessary leasing documents. A detailed list of job duties can be discussed at the time of interview. Leasing managers work closely with community and regional managers to contribute to the overall team and propertys success.
This position has the potential to earn over $1000 in commissions per month!
These are the skills you will need to be successful:
- Have a people person outgoing and compassionate personality with the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
- Comfortable with highvolume traffic
- Possess strong sales skills and great customer service.
- Have knowledge of property management policies and procedures; to include fair housing
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of RealPage products preferred including OneSite & HappyCo. As well as Knock Canva & Microsoft software.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to perform at high levels in a fastpaced work environment and successfully adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
These are the essential requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of two years of leasing in residential property management or related experience or combination of education and experience.
- Experience managing others
- Onesite property management software experience.
- Able to work Saturdays and Sundays required
