Job Title: Bar Manager

About Luxe District:
Luxe District is a highend hospitality company that prides itself on delivering exceptional experiences to our clientele. We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Bar Manager to join our team and manage our bar operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the operations of the bar ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and profitability.
2. Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve service and profitability.
3. Manage inventory and procurement of supplies.
4. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
5. Train supervise and manage bar staff.
6. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
8. Organize and manage special events and private functions.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Proven experience in managing a highperforming team.
3. Excellent knowledge of mixology wines liquor and cocktails.
4. Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
5. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts efficiently.
7. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
8. Flexibility to work during evenings weekends and public holidays.
9. Certification in food safety training and alcohol awareness training is preferred.
