Responsibilities
- Organize schedule of deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and operationof delivery truck
- Perform Safe pick up and deliveries
- Keep parts department uptodate on delivery schedule
- Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients
- Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager
- Review body shop estimates to ensure parts ordered are correct and pricing aligns with estimates.
- Notify the parts manager of outofstock parts or shop materials needing immediate attention.
- Verify willcall and backorder files weekly; return or restock items not picked up or .
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Drivers License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
