We are hiring a PartTime Sales Associate to join our Boston Seaport team.

Our Retail team creates a transformative experience for each and every customer that visits any of our seventeen stores. We build connections with our customers through product education worldclassservice standards and operational excellence. We pride ourselves in owning the offline touch point for our brand and use it as an opportunity to foster a stronger Away community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a widely celebrated brand that is looking to continue to innovate and iterate. Were looking for candidates that are excited to provide bestinclass support to all of our customers from their arrival and until their departure.

What youll do as a Sales Associate

• Youll embody our brand standards and core values by consistently delivering bestinclass exceptional customer service to every person every time

• Youll create a personalized and memorable experience for each and every customer expanding on love of travel to further drive community and connection

• Youll consistently meet individual KPI expectations and sales goals

• Youll pursue and maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise guiding our customers through an Away focused shopping product and sales journey

• Youll maintain the integrity of the store and uphold our visual standards

• Youll facilitate instore programs and events as needed

• Youll assist with any necessary processes and procedures to ensure optimal store operations

Who you are

• Youre an excellent communicator collaborator and teammate with a passion for and past experience in retail customer service and/or hospitality

• Youre reliable effective and contribute to the overall business success

• Youre resourceful solution oriented and committed to achieving your goals

• Ability to pull push lift and carry up to 25 pounds throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to stand/be on feet for extended periods of time throughout the duration of a work shift

• Ability to bend squat twist and reach as needed throughout the duration of a work shift
