At Castongia Tractor were on the lookout for a Lawn & Garden Service Technician whos passionate about toptier service thrives on handson work and wants to grow their career with the best in green John Deere.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform diagnostics repairs and maintenance on lawn tractors zeroturn mowers Gators compact utility tractors and compact construction equipment
- Provide onsite field service for residential and commercial customers when needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical hydraulic and mechanical systems using diagnostic software and tools.
- Maintain a clean professional and organized workspace
- Keep up with new technologies through ongoing John Deere training paid!
What Makes You the Ideal Candidate
- Youre the goto person for fixing anything with an engine and now youre ready to turn that talent into a serious career.
- 35 years of experience servicing turf or light construction equipment.
- Strong working knowledge of small engines hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Skilled in using diagnostic software and hand/power tools.
- Comfortable servicing both gas and diesel engines and 2WD/4WD drive systems.
- Detailoriented and safetyfocused you take pride in doing it right the first time and in a timely manner.
- Able to lift 75 lbs and work efficiently both indoors and outdoors.
- High school diploma or GED required; tech school or manufacturer certifications a bonus.
- Valid drivers license required; CDL and forklift certification preferred.
