Based in our Mount Pleasant PA facility you will lead continuous improvement projects optimize production processes and support our Capacitor and Filters product line. How Youll Make an Impact
Support the Manufacturing Production Team to execute our S>>Q>D>I>C vision.
Lead process optimization and equipment layout improvements.
Develop manufacturing procedures standard work and tooling concepts.
Identify and resolve manufacturing and testing bottlenecks.
Monitor key production metrics and drive corrective actions.
Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.
Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.
Drive process standardization across product lines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering manufacturing engineering or a related field.
3 years of experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering.
Strong understanding of process flow equipment layout design and manufacturing efficiency.
Experience in highmix lowvolume or engineeredtoorder environments is a plus.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
