Job Description
Job Title: PartTime CBD Store Sales Associate
Location: Myrtle Beach South Carolina
Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable PartTime Bud Tender/Store Sales Associate to join our team at ENDO Dispensary and Wellness. This position is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about the wellness
industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers educating them about our range of CBD products and assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide customers with information regarding CBD products including benefits usage and
recommendations based on individual needs.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment including stocking shelves managing inventory and ensuring product displays are attractive.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the pointofsale system.
Handle customer inquiries concerns and complaints with professionalism and care.
Stay informed about the latest CBD products industry trends and regulations ensuring compliance with local laws.
Assist with social media promotions and community engagement initiatives to increase store visibility and brand awareness.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business marketing or a related field is a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred especially in the wellness or cannabis industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CBD products their uses and industry regulations is preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 21 years old in compliance with state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products.
Basic computer skills and experience with pointofsale systems.
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks including stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
