Job Description
Our mission is to empower learners to achieve their highest potential through Christcentered educational excellence by courageously engaging in Gods redemptive work throughout our world. This framework describes who we are as coaches who God calls us to be and ways we need to grow. It helps us understand commit to and sharpen our community of excellence in athletics.
The MVC Coach and their staff are important models in the schools mission. We shall at all times model Christlikeness in all areas of our lives and will be a positive role model for our studentathletes. The MVC Coach will take initiative with their team will be organized and responsible with all details deadlines and policies. The MVC Coach also provides important vision and goals for her/his program in advance of the season beginning and will communicate those expectations.
