Citizens Bank of Kansas a fourthgeneration familyowned community bank is looking for a Loan Officer to join our El Dorado branch. We are proud of our local roots and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to community customer service and continuous development.
This teamoriented position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their role while helping drive the growth and profitability of the branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new lending relationships and maintain existing ones
- Build and cultivate strong connections within the local community
- Provide toptier customer service and lead by example
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish
- Identify opportunities with prospective clients both inside and outside the bank
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments
What We Are Looking For:
Were seeking a friendly detailoriented and motivated individual who brings:
- 2 years of banking experience
- Experience in lending sales or relationship building preferred
- A bachelors degree (preferred but not required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proven communication skills
- A customerfirst mindset and a positive teamdriven attitude
- A passion for precision and followthrough
