Job Description
Beloform is currently seeking a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Antonio TX. This role will support the marketing department with administrative tasks project coordination and daily operations. The ideal candidate is detailoriented proactive and thrives in a fastpaced professional environment.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the marketing team and department managers
Organize and schedule meetings appointments and marketing events
Prepare marketing reports presentations and internal documents
Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors
Track budgets invoices and department expenses
Maintain databases filing systems and marketing records
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and project timelines
Ensure consistency in branding across materials and internal communications
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field
1 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
