Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This position requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product or servicerelated issues and provide appropriate solutions
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases and ensure followup
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Maintain a calm and positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations
Meet performance goals related to response time customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools
