We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a positive experience with our company. This position requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist customers with product or servicerelated issues and provide appropriate solutions

  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer database

  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex cases and ensure followup

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction

  • Maintain a calm and positive attitude when dealing with difficult situations

  • Meet performance goals related to response time customer satisfaction and resolution rates


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools

  • Dependable selfmotivated and teamoriented
