Messa Sync is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Account Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships identifying opportunities for account growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Monitor account performance and prepare reports for management
Address client concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
1 year of experience in account management sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
