Job Description
Blue Print Out is seeking a professional and customerfocused Call Center Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
Identify customer needs and provide accurate and comprehensive information
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication scripts and company procedures
Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and call handling
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during challenging situations
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
Excellent problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
