Beloform is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Saint Louis MO. This role will support the marketing and sales departments by coordinating campaigns tracking performance metrics and assisting in client outreach. The ideal candidate is proactive detailoriented and thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing and sales activities including events campaigns and client meetings
Assist in preparing sales presentations proposals and reports
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities
Maintain client databases and ensure accurate tracking of leads and performance
Support crossfunctional communication between departments
Help prepare promotional materials and ensure brand consistency across platforms
Participate in planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with sales goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field
13 years of experience in marketing sales coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
Detailoriented with a problemsolving mindset
