Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Office Service Clerk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers handling phone inquiries assisting with office administrative tasks and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This position requires strong multitasking skills excellent communication and a friendly customerfocused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls to appropriate departments providing helpful information when needed.
Greet and assist visitors ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail including sorting scanning and delivering documents.
Manage office supplies and inventory ensuring necessary items are stocked and ordered as needed.
Assist with data entry filing and other administrative tasks to support office efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner both in person and over the phone.
Support the team with scheduling meetings booking conference rooms and organizing office events.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office space fostering a professional work environment.
Perform additional clerical duties and special projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Previous experience in customer service office administration or clerical roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a customerfirst attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) is essential.
Ability to multitask prioritize tasks effectively and maintain a high level of organization.
Detailoriented with a strong ability to manage time and work independently.
A professional and positive demeanor with the ability to handle a fastpaced environment.

Requirements and Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative is a plus. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High school degree.
