How will you make an impact
We are seeking an experienced technical program manager to oversee and manage the engineering operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing engineering resource capacity preparing financial reports and forecast and driving continuous improvement initiatives for tools and operations workflows. This role requires strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and the ability to work as a key contributor in a global management team.
What will you do
Manage labor and nonlabor budgets across a portfolio of engineering development projects
Develop and implement operational strategies policies and procedures specific to engineering operations
Monitor and analyze engineering capacity metrics to identify areas needing improvement investment or rebalancing
Reconcile engineering personnel equipment and materials budgets with quarterly financial targets
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on operational performance
How will you get here
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Management Industrial Distribution Data Science or a related field is required
Experience:
Proven experience in engineering operations management preferably in a similar industry is required
3 5 Years relevant experience is required
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Strong knowledge of operational processes best practices and industry standards
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using operational management software and tools
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience is preferred
Annual Salary range: $103000 $185600
Annual Target Bonus is: 20%
