Principal Underground Mining Engineer (Resolution Copper Company Superior AZ):
Execute safe and practical mine designs by providing guidance to a team of mining engineers and consultants while supporting their development and growth. Develop opportunities to improve safety and value utilizing the latest technology to establish a highly efficient operation. Work closely with all other engineering disciplines to deliver an integrated design and ensure best for project decisions. Foster strong stakeholder relationships both internally and externally. Prepare and deliver on a schedule of work which is practical considering key interactions and ensuring adequately resourcing. Establish and refine production scheduling and improve mine scheduling processes and ways of working.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week.
Full time employment Monday Friday 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent Mining Engineering or a related field and 12 years of mine design and planning work experience of which 5 years are progressive postbaccalaureate related work experience.
