Job Title: Security Position for the 2025/2026 School Year
Location: Initial Point High School
Reports To: Principal
Hours: Full time
Hourly Wage: OS4: $15.69 18.49/hr depending on previous experience in the same position at a school

Job Summary: As a Security you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students staff and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Positive public relations skills
- Demonstrated ability to accomplish the major duties listed below.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle minor discipline issues record incidents and notify classroom teacher or administrator as appropriate.
- Assist in implementation of programs/activities to promote a safe positive school culture.
- Monitor hallways and classrooms to increase student ontask time ensure student safety and reduce vandalism and other inappropriate behaviors.
- Assist with lunch recess duty coverage.
- Direct lunch time activities for students.
- Perform such schoolrelated duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Deal with students parents staff and others in a positive encouraging manner.
- Working game events as security.
- Light maintenance for school upkeep.
- Other duties as assigned
