Job Description
You Will
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process for various roles including understanding hiring needs sourcing candidates supporting the selection process and drive an effective offer strategy.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand priorities and team our recruiting strategy for talent pooling market mapping and competitor analysis.
- Proactively lead initiatives that improve and scale our recruiting operations and results.
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity in our applicant tracking system.
You Are
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting for a fast growing startup or tech company.
- Familiar with AIdriven technologies.
- Datadriven and digitally savvy with a deep understanding of recruitment metrics.
- The emotional intelligence to close candidates with the right balance of consideration transparency and drive.
- An interest in establishing equitable recruiting processes and a desire to go the extra mile to recruit nontraditional candidates.
