We are hiring experienced security professionals for outdoor Event Supervisor positions in downtown Chicago. You must be available to work every weekend and be available for 2nd shift.
Responsibilities
- Work with Titans account manager to supervise daytoday operations of all Titan officers
- Manage a team ofsecurity officers including participating in hiring /selection scheduling payroll training coaching development and support
- Understand duties and responsibilities of all positions act as a relief officer for all positions
- Oversee and direct activities of all security officers assigned to the location
- Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met
- Reconcile logs shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports prior to submitting to client or account manager and coordinate preliminary investigations
- Effectively utilize access control systems visitor management systems and CCTV systems as needed.
- Conduct general patrols of the entire property during various hours if required including numerous flights of stairs and frequent patrols of the exterior in any weather conditions.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and3 years prior satisfactory employmentas a security officer or directly related experience. Must be at least21 years of age.
Certificates Licenses Registrations: Valid PERC (or ability to obtain)
Language Skills: Must have the ability to read write speak and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus.
Other Qualifications:
- Ability to pass preemployment drug screen and criminal background check
- Able to multitask jobrelated duties as assigned
- Able to fill all shift supervisor schedules and complete crosstraining as directed
- Able to accept a fluctuating schedule per week and accept shift supervisor assignments at varying shift times as needed
- Able to respond holdover or fill any supervisor schedule as needed able to be oncall if necessary and respond to Titan voice messages within 30 minutes
- Able to stand outdoors for long periods of time in all weather environments.
Physical Demands: The physical demands are based on the location and contractual requirements and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.A list of thesejob duties is inclusive of but not limited to: candidates must be able to stand sit and walk for extended periods of time; be able to lift push and/or pull at least 50 lbs.; be able to accommodate foot patrols on the interior & exterior of the assigned location; be able to perform assigned duties regardless of inclement weather.
Salary: Compensation is $21.00 to $22.00 per hour based on experience
