In this position you will provide care across a variety of settings including skilled care personal care outpatient services and the general population. Your daily duties will encompass a wide range of essential tasks focused on maintaining the health and wellbeing of inmates. These tasks include performing basic nursing skills and procedures to promote optimal health outcomes completing required documentation and collecting specimens like urine feces and sputum as directed by the Registered Nurse. Additionally you will assist inmates with daily living activities and personal hygiene to meet their basic physical care needs. Your role in life skills programming will involve following nursing care plan instructions delivering care tailored to each inmates specific needs and documenting your actions as part of the care plan.
