OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims involving commercial auto and general liability exposures. The ideal candidate will have experience managing all phases of the claims process including investigation coverage analysis liability determination negotiation and settlement. Strong analytical skills and a customerfocused approach are essential for success in this role.
COMPENSATION
- $75000 $85000/year

REQUIREMENTS
- 35 years of experience handling commercial auto and/or general liability claims.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policy language state regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent investigative analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in claims management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and evaluate commercial auto and general liability claims to determine coverage liability and damages.
- Conduct thorough coverage analysis and determine the extent of the policyholders liability.
- Interview claimants witnesses and other involved parties to gather essential information.
- Work with attorneys medical providers and other experts to assess claim value and potential exposure.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants attorneys and other parties while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claim decisions and settlements
