Are you passionate about esthetics and eager to shape the future of the beauty industry At Paul Mitchell Schools we are searching for a dynamic and enthusiastic fulltime Licensed Esthetics Instructor to inspire the next generation of beauty professionals in Birmingham AL.

YOUR DAY
As a Licensed Esthetics Instructor your days will be filled with engaging and impactful work. You will teach future professionals in both classroom settings and on the Clinic Floor where students hone their skills by providing services to guests. You will spend your time mentoring and supporting students offering constructive feedback and encouragement and guiding them through their educational journey. Your role will also involve staying updated with the latest industry trends and techniques ensuring that our curriculum remains at the cutting edge. Every day you will foster a positive inclusive and highenergy learning environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential.
YOUR HOURS AS A LICENSED ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR
This fulltime role will have you working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Enjoy your weekends off as you contribute to an exciting and supportive educational environment.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A LICENSED ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR
- Current Alabama esthetics license
- Alabama instructors license
- Passion for continuing education and personal growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
