The Lead Channel Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of FirstNet AT&Ts dedicated communications platform for first responders by managing and executing impactful events and overseeing strategic project management initiatives. This leadership role requires a dynamic and highly organized individual who excels in crossfunctional collaboration event planning and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Event Management:Plan coordinate and execute FirstNetrelated events including conferences trade shows workshops and partner engagements ensuring alignment with brand strategy and key business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement event strategies that maximize outreach engagement and visibility of FirstNet solutions within the first responder community and related industries.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams external partners vendors and clients to drive seamless event execution and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Project Management:Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously ensuring milestones are achieved risks are mitigated and timelines are adhered to.
  • Performance Metrics:Track and analyze the success of events using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership:Mentor and guide team members to ensure alignment with AT&Ts core values and business goals while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event management and project leadership preferably within a technology or telecommunications environment.
  • Strong understanding of FirstNets mission and target audience with a passion for supporting first responders and public safety initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
