You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPrepare develop coordinate and update weekly monthly and quarterly status reports and tracking tools for HOC Hanford management and Headquarters.
Support the coordination of legal requests for Freedom of Information Act.
Selfidentification of areas of needed improvement in reporting processes and initiate helpful fixes for the weaknesses identified.
Support the coordination of conference management duties including tracking of conference attendees note taking and capturing actions updating the conference management tools reporting attendee expenditure data upon completion and returning data.
Support internal and external communication activities to include coordinating meeting logistics tour requests and Speakers Bureau requests.
Qualifications
Education BS/BA in communications or a related field of study
Experience One (1) year of relevant experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Skilled in problem identification and resolution.
Demonstrated familiarity or relevant experience with procedures. Experience with government procedures is preferred.
Identification of any conflicts potential conflicts or perceived conflicts of interest with any Hanford Site contractors.
Fully vaccinated against COVID a granted exception to vaccination for COVID or able to meet entry and testing requirements for entrance and work in federal buildings.
U.S. Citizenship.
