OVERVIEW The Summer Food Service Assistant supports the schools food service program during summer programming. The Environmental Charter School Lunch Program (ECSLP) provides a healthy delicious and sustainable (both agricultural and economic) meal within the guidelines of the National School Lunch Program. This position reports to the Food Service Director
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve lunch daily
- Prepare grab and go breakfasts for the following day
- Engage with students at lunch service
- Various cleaning duties which include but are not limited to dishwashing and complying with ACHD sanitation standards
Educational Background and Work Experience - High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of food service experience desirable
- Food Safety Certification preferred
Compensation $17.35/hour paid in two installments July 30 and August 15.
