We are seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports the execution of internal and external marketing campaigns ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detailoriented and passionate about delivering impactful brand experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation editing and distribution of marketing materials including brochures presentations and newsletters
Support the coordination and implementation of communication strategies for campaigns and promotions
Conduct market research to identify trends and audience insights
Maintain and update internal documentation press kits and communication records
Assist with planning and execution of events trade shows and corporate communications
Coordinate with the marketing team and external partners to ensure project alignment and deadlines are met
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communication activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations or related field
13 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus (but not required)
