Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our growing team in Austin TX. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls provide accurate information resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction. This position requires strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or offer services
Resolve customer complaints with patience and efficiency
Document customer interactions accurately using internal systems
Meet daily weekly and monthly performance targets
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery

Qualifications :
