Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and dependable Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our Dallasbased team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data accurately while assisting customers with their inquiries. This position requires excellent organizational skills a high level of accuracy and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities
Enter update and maintain accurate data in internal systems
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Resolve customer issues or escalate as necessary
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and quality
Follow company procedures and confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience in data entry and/or customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
