Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles CA. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering highquality service. You will be responsible for handling client inquiries resolving issues and supporting the customer service team in daily operations.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or inperson
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and determining the best solutions
Document and track customer interactions feedback and issues
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer support
Maintain a professional and positive attitude with clients and coworkers
Assist with administrative support as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office email and customer service platforms)
Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus but not required
