Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician (Everify) with experience in a manufacturing environment to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance diagnosing and fixing equipment issues and ensuring that all machinery is in excellent working condition to support uninterrupted production.
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment including mixers encapsulation machines bottling lines and packaging machines.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules to avoid downtime.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
- Diagnose mechanical electrical and pneumatic issues with equipment and implement timely repairs.
- Work with the production team to quickly resolve equipment malfunctions that impact manufacturing processes.
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents including lockout/tagout procedures PPE requirements and OSHA regulations.
- Document maintenance activities and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA standards in all operations.
Inventory & Parts Management:
- Maintain records of parts used and manage inventory to ensure that essential spare parts are available when needed.
- Communicate with vendors to source parts or arrange for more complex repairs if necessary.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with production supervisors and engineering teams to suggest and implement improvements for equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Track and report on equipment performance to assist with predictive maintenance strategies.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provide regular reports on equipment status and any issues to the Maintenance Manager.
- Pay rate: $17 / $18
Night Shift: 5pm 5am
