As a Sr. Product Associate in Embedded Finance and Solutions you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and crossfunctional partners you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities

• Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap
• Support commercialization efforts by partnering with Strategy / Pricing / Analytics / Sales on market research and competitive analysis
• Support GTM efforts by partnering with Sales / Marketing / Client Solutions to effectively manage prospects and existing relationships
• Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with crossfunctional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals
• Participates in product planning sessions contributes ideas and insights and assists in the execution of product initiatives ensuring timely and successful product launches
• Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows requirements stories and customer value
• Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decisionmaking
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. legal risk controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Strong communication/presentation skills (i.e. creating content) that can be consumed at all seniority levels with both internal and external audiences
• Operate with minimal guidance and oversight capable of embracing ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
• Capable of completing thorough analyses and providing actionable recommendations to management guiding strategic decisions and outlining clear path forward
• Skilled in distilling complex concepts and ideas into clientfriendly language and materials
• 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management project management or a relevant domain area
• Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle
• Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
• Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

• Proven ability as a strategic thinker with a track record of conducting independent market research analysis to drive informed decision making
• Ability to rapidly understand emerging technologies and business models / naturally see commercial opportunities
• Resourcefulness to filter a large number of opportunities into the most impactful engagements
• Knowledge of emerging financial services technologies with a key emphasis on APIs private labeling SaaS models and design thinking practices
• Understanding of the global payments industry
• Undergraduate degree required
