- Crew Management: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of seal coat laborers ensuring efficient and effective performance.
- Equipment Management: Oversee the operation maintenance and repair of equipment (corresponding with Operations Manager for any repairs needed)
- Scheduling & Planning: Corresponding with the Scheduling Team to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Quality Control & Safety: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the job site.
- Communication: Maintain excellent clear and effective communication with the office staff/scheduling team to include Operations Manager and crew members as well as customers.
- Complete all necessary daily paper/digital work.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project. Consult with the Operations Manager if needed.
- Training: Assist with training new crew members on proper techniques and procedures.
- Were looking for someone who is motivated and eager to learn and advance their career. The right candidate can be promoted to an operations manager for this franchise territory.
- A drivers license with a clean driving record (Background check is required) and a reliable mode of transportation
- You are selfmotivated critical thinker that likes to problem solve
- You understand the importance of punctuality organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised
- Selfstarter with desire to learn and succeed.
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is beneficial.
