Job Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment LLC is looking for a dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. Our drivers are the face of our company to the public so customer service skills are a must! You will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of our guests and employees to and from the casino property.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests and employees to and from the casino in a safe and timely manner.
- Assist guests with luggage and other personal items as needed.
- Maintain uptodate logs for each trip including driver name dates odometer readings etc.
- Perform daily pretrip inspections and report any vehicle issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Keep the vehicle clean and wellmaintained and stock any requested provisions.
- Stay informed on casino events promotions and statistics to share with guests.
- Occasionally work extended hours for special events which may require irregular schedules.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
- Must have a valid Chauffeur or CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
- Ability to read and interpret documents follow safety rules and speak effectively to customers.
- Must maintain a valid drivers license.
- Ability to sit for long periods handle up to 25 lbs. and have good vision and hearing.
NOTE this job is a safety sensitive position subject to drug testing requirements. A positive drug test will result in a job offer being rescinded or for active employees termination even if they test positive for marijuana and have a valid medical marijuana license.
