Compounding Manager / Manufacturing Operations Manager
Lead the engine room of innovation in a highenergy fastpaced contract manufacturing environment for personal care products. As the Compounding Manager youll oversee missioncritical operations that directly shape the quality and consistency of products found on shelves nationwide.

What Youll Be Doing
Manage daytoday operations in compounding sanitization and chemical room areas
Develop and control departmental budgets and production schedules
Hire train evaluate and lead team members toward performance excellence
Ensure full compliance with GMP OSHA and internal quality systems
Drive strategic projects focused on efficiency quality and innovation
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Hold a Bachelors in Chemical or Material Science (or a closely related field)
Bring deep expertise in personal care compounding processes and industry workflows
Fluent in English; Spanish bilingualism a strong advantage
Comfortable working in a physically demanding productionfloor environment
