Our client in McMurray PA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer
Review product designs to ensure compliance with engineering principles internal standards customer requirements and specifications.
Coordinate technical development efforts scheduling and resolution of design and testing challenges.
Develop 3D models of manufacturing sequences using simulation software to validate costeffective processes.
Support customer RFQs by providing technical insights and data.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure timely and costeffective tooling and fixturing solutions.
Design production and inspection fixtures and gauges.
Create and distribute detailed operation drawings.
Develop and input manufacturing sequences into the Management Information System (MIS).
Direct integration of technical activities and production processes.
Evaluate and approve design changes specifications and drawing releases.
Manage project expenses within approved budget constraints.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Strong understanding of advanced mathematical concepts (e.g. exponents logarithms permutations quadratic equations).
Experience applying statistical and analytical techniques such as variance analysis correlation sampling theory and factor analysis.
Familiarity with CREO (formerly Pro/ENGINEER) and Forge NXT simulation software is a plus.
Ability to define complex problems collect and analyze data and develop logical solutions.
Comfortable interpreting technical instructions presented in diagram or mathematical form.
