Job Description
We are hiring a Connected Products Marketing Manager to launch connected products under various Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) brands including Yale and Moen. This position will report directly to the Director of Brand and Product Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Launch MultiFamily Home Pro and Consumer connected products by developing impactful integrated product launch communications and content product messaging digital assets and sales support materials.
- Assist in all GoToMarket planning strategy and execution for new product launches by partnering with established FBIN COE (Center of Excellence) teams: category management channel marketing brand development digital and creative.
- Serve as project manager to track & execute all commercialization activity for assigned new product launches. Gather inputs from internal stakeholders & organize project schedules incorporating internal and external partner timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product content development production and execution for new products. This includes managing and facilitating budgets timelines briefs to internal and external teams and agencies and regular status meetings.
- Develop expertise in the Fortune Brands Innovations portfolios connected products.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications or a related field required
- 3 years of product marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications (PowerPoint Excel and Word) required
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and agencies/partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into product benefits across audiences and use cases
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills facilitating effective collaboration across crossfunctional teams
- Natural curiosity and a desire to continue to learn and further your skillset
- Resultsoriented with a positive cando attitude and a strong desire to get things done.
- Previous experience launching Connected and/or MultiFamily Housing products or services preferred
- Experience with Adobe products is a plus

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $60000 USD $99000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
