Senior Product Designer to lead impactful change and shape the future of digital safety standards alongside toptier brands
Join us in developing the digital safety standard and to simplify safety for workers and adventurers across the globe. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who wants to take on the mission of leading our important and tireless work to transform regular people into heroes on a global stage together with the worlds greatest brands.

Who you are
As a Senior Product Designer in Twicemes Innovation Team you will play a key role in rapidly transforming bold ideas into intuitive userfriendly digital experiences that make a realworld impact in the sports and professional industries. Youll work closely with the Product Manager who drives the roadmap and priorities but your voice will be critical in shaping product decisions always grounded in user needs and business value.
You thrive in fastpaced environments where wireframes flows and design concepts are expected within a day or two and highfidelity designs shortly after. Youre an expert at taking written requirements and turning them into actionable thoughtful design explorations within days balancing usability brand identity and business goals. With a high tempo of designing and iterating youll be involved in every step of the process from design strategy and early discovery to final UI polish.
Were looking for someone with a sharp product mindset: you constantly ask Whats the real problem were solving and youre comfortable making tradeoffs to balance what users want with what drives business outcomes. Youll collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams injecting user insights and design excellence into every iteration.
Key responsibilities
1. UX/UI design processes
- Own and execute the UX/UI design process within the Innovation Team.
- Translate ideas and insights into wireframes prototypes and final design assets for development.
- Design seamless and intuitive experiences across platforms (app web platform physical integration)
- Maintain and contribute to evolving brand design standards.
2. User research & testing
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to validate product ideas
- Create interactive prototypes to test key features and interactions
- Lead usability testing sessions synthesize insights and iterate designs accordingly
- Ensure that designs are datadriven and evidencebacked
3. Concept development
- Contribute to discussions around the product development roadmap and requirements for features
- Visualize and refine new product concepts based on priorities and requirements set by the Product Manager
- Collaborate with developers and hardware engineers to explore feasibility and technical alignment
- Support product discovery initiatives and market research
- Communicate design decisions and user needs clearly to stakeholders
What you bring
- 5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your digital product design processes prototyping and visual storytelling
- Expert level knowledge in tools such as Figma
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of design systems component libraries and crossplatform design
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
- Obsession with the user journey and creating value for end users
- Proficiently uses AI to increase quality and speed of anything from design to brain storming to user research
Bonus if you have
- Experience working in startups scaleups or fastpaced product environments
- Familiarity with construction safety tech or IoT industries
- A passion for missiondriven design that contributes to realworld safety and impact
