Job Description

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our FibertotheHome (FTTH) project in Germany. Your main responsibility will be to engage with end customers promote fiber optic internet services and schedule installation appointments. You will visit residential areas knock on doors and convince homeowners to book a technician for ONT (Optical Network Terminal) installation and network testing.

This role requires excellent communication skills in German this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys peoplefacing roles and thrives in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct doortodoor outreach to introduce the benefits of fiber optic internet and encourage installation.
  • Schedule installation appointments with residents for ONT set up and testing.
  • Follow up with interested customers to confirm appointments.
  • Collaborate with technicians to preplan house visits and assist in gaining resident access for installation.
  • Increase neighborhood adoption rates by engaging new households and following up with interested leads.
  • Accurately record relevant customer information in the system.
  • Provide daily/weekly reports on sales activities and conversion rates.
  • Work closely with project managers and installation teams to optimize scheduling.
  • Share market feedback to improve sales installation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • German Fluency Must speak clearly and confidently.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Approachable respectful and able to build trust quickly.
  • Sales or CustomerFacing Experience Previous work in doortodoor sales telecom or direct marketing is a plus (community outreach can count as well). Training will be provided.
  • Motivated and Resilient Can navigate rejection and is comfortable engaging in active outreach.
  • Team Player Willing to work closely with teammates across sales and technical functions.
  • TechSavvy/Tech Curious Basic understanding of fiber optics/telecom is helpful but not required. Interest in learning the basics of fiberoptic services.
  • Valid Drivers License & Willingness to Travel Must be able to move within the assigned regions

Kln Stuttgart willing to travel across Germany
