Job Description
As an IAM Business Analyst you will:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in the design and implementation of robust IAM solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to IAM processes.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies procedures and standards.
- Monitor and report on IAM metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide support and training to users on IAM tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest IAM trends technologies and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAMrelated issues in complex environments.
- Create due diligence reports and detailed design documentation.
- Engage with customer architecture boards and adapt solutions to dynamic customer requirements.
- Perform ongoing maintenance activities including patching performance tuning and backups.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on IAM or security.
- Proven expertise with IAM tools such as Okta Azure AD or similar platforms.
- Indepth understanding of IAM concepts frameworks and technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in challenging customer environments and working with architecture governance.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation and conduct highlevel requirement analyses.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Work collaboratively across crossfunctional teams in a fastpaced environment.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives and provide strategic input on IAM process improvements.
- Handle operational troubleshooting and provide effective resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and policies through regular assessments.
