As an IAM Business Analyst you will:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to IAM processes.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies procedures and standards.

- Collaborate closely with IT and security teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing systems.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on IAM or security.
- Proven expertise with IAM tools such as Okta Azure AD or similar platforms.
- Indepth understanding of IAM concepts frameworks and technologies.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience in challenging customer environments and working with architecture governance.
- Ability to create comprehensive documentation and conduct highlevel requirement analyses.
