Job Description

1 Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in IAM or security.

2 Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies.

3 Experience with IAM tools such as Okta Azure AD or similar.

4 Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

4 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

5 Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Requirements

Skills:

Technical Primary skills

Analyze and document business requirements related to IAM.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand IAM needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Assist in the design and implementation of IAM solutions.

Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to IAM processes.

Develop and maintain IAM policies procedures and standards.

Monitor and report on IAM metrics and performance.

Provide support and training to users on IAM tools and processes.

Stay updated with the latest IAM trends and technologies.

Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing systems.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices.

Troubleshoot and resolve IAMrelated issues.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IAM.

Experience working with challenging customer environment and with customer architect boards

Experience in creating Due diligence Design documents

Conducts highlevel analysis of requirements documentation with respect to correctness completeness and consistency

Troubleshoots investigates operational problems and provides resolution/remediation.

Performs maintenance activities e.g. patching performance tuning and backups. Migration Program Manager and Delivery Owner

Required Qualifications 8 10 years of experience in SAP project environments, with a focus on project coordination or management. Proven experience working with SAP Activate methodology. Strong understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles, including planning, design, testing, deployment, and support. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with diverse stakeholders across regions. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
