We are seeking an ambitious and detailoriented Marketing Analyst to join our team and support Regional Marketing operations across the UK Ireland and Nordic regions. This is an exciting entrylevel opportunity for a recent business school graduate with strong data analysis skills to make a real impact within a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
In this role you will focus on analyzing data particularly in relation to our newly established pricing governance structure and provide actionable recommendations to the management team to support decisionmaking. Additionally you will handle key operative and systemrelated tasks essential for the seamless execution of our commercial activities. This position offers significant geographical responsibility and is ideal for someone eager to grow within a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
Collect analyze and interpret marketing and sales data to identify trends patterns and performance metrics across the UKIE & Nordics regions.
Perform indepth analysis related to our pricing governance structure ensuring compliance and optimization across all markets.
Create reports and dashboards to track key marketing KPIs and commercial performance.
Generate actionable insights and provide datadriven recommendations to support marketing strategies and decisionmaking.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Operational & System Support
Manage and maintain essential marketing systems and tools to ensure smooth commercial operations.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns ensuring timely execution and tracking.
Monitor system workflows and troubleshoot any operational challenges.
Assist with budget tracking invoicing and other administrative tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For
University degree in Business Management Marketing Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel Tableau or similar analytics platforms. Familiarity with Power BI is a strong plus.
Ability to interpret data identify trends and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Internship or academic experience in marketing analytics business analysis or data management is a plus.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must. Any Nordic language is a plus.
Personal Qualities: Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment. Detailoriented with a passion for problemsolving. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
