About the role:
We are looking for a passionate creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join the Paytm marketing team. As a Graphic Designer you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity creating compelling digital designs for our marketing campaigns and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to bring our vision to life. Key Responsibilities:
Design and create visually engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns social media website and other online platforms.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and deliver highquality designs aligned with Paytms brand guidelines.
Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.) and Figma for wireframing prototyping and final designs.
Innovate and explore the use of AI tools and design automation to enhance creativity and optimize workflows.
Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints maintaining high standards of design aesthetics usability and user experience.
Stay updated on design trends AI advancements and digital marketing innovations to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.
Work closely with developers and content creators to bring design concepts to life in a cohesive and userfriendly manner.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (24 years) in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills across digital platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and Figma.
Handson experience designing for digital businesses or ecommerce platforms (experience in FinTech or mobile apps is a bonus).
Knowledge of AI tools in design (e.g. Adobe Sensei AIbased design plugins or other automation tools) and a strong desire to experiment with emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly to nondesign stakeholders.
A passion for creative problemsolving and delivering innovative designs.
Desirable Skills:
Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with developers.
Understanding of web and mobile design best practices.
A growth mindset and interest in exploring new technologies in design especially AI and automation.
