Job Description
We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your analytics career to the next level.
As an Analytics Solutions Manager within the Focused Analytics Solutions Team you will lead the design build and delivery of actionable and endtoend analytical solutions spanning the analytical spectrum. This role is a mix of consulting project management usercentric product and experience design and leadership across the development and implementation lifecycle for the respective data/analyticsdriven products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of data scientists and analytics solutions associates as the primary engagement/project lead.
- Leverage design thinking practices to develop strategic scalable solutions.
- Guide project teams in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative analytical findings.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal clients and partners.
- Identify new project opportunities to grow our business pipeline.
- Recruit develop and retain talent by creating an environment of open communication.
- Lead internal FAST initiatives to set the strategic direction of FAST.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex information.
- 10 years of industry experience in consulting solution design or business analytics roles.
- Experience with design thinking practices and product management principles.
- Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead crossfunctional teams.
- Experience leading projects and coaching/mentoring early career talent.
- Selfstarter with outofthebox problemsolving skills.
- Strong time management skills with ability to keep multiple projects on track.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Experience at a consulting firm.
- Deep understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry.
