Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Operations Logistics and Sales Administrator to support the daily functions of our clients operations and sales teams. In this role you will play a critical part in ensuring smooth workflow and efficient administrative support across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining operational systems managing records coordinating schedules order fulfilment coordinating logistics and assisting with reporting and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Order entry onto the business ERP system SAP.
  • Coordinating delivery schedules with procurement and thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers to meet customer expectations.
  • Work with 3PLs to ensure actual stock levels align with SAP quantities.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations and sales teams.
  • Maintain and update internal databases documents and records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and logistics.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and metrics.
  • Support onboarding of new staff and help manage internal communication tools.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current workflows and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with the customer service and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction through ontime delivery and product quality.

Role Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an Operations Logistics Warehousing role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word etc.).
  • Experience working of SAP a distinct advantage.
