Trainee Recruitment Consultant HR
Hunter Savage is expanding our team in 2025 and we are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high performing recruitment team. This role would be a fantastic option for someone with experience in recruitment resourcing for professional services OR with experience working in a busy commercial environment with strong customer/client interaction and engagement.
The Role
- Working with consultants to define job requirements and identify recruitment channels
- Sourcing screening interviewing and assessing candidates monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance.
- Developing a pipeline of HR talent to support future growth to bring a more strategic focus to recruitment
- Effectively utilise sourcing tools and social medial channels to attract suitable talent and identify commercial opportunities
- Internal system updates and ensure candidate and company information is accurate and up to date
- The role is primarily candidate focused and involves running multiple projects from inception to completion and working closely with our recruitment consultants.
Your background
- Qualified to at least a degree level or equivalent
- Professional services recruitment/resourcing/sourcing background AND experience working in a busy commercial office environment with strong customer/client contact
- Previous experience of LinkedIn databases ATS and Boolean searches
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent communicator (fluent in spoken and written English) with strong customer focus
- Experience implementing sourcing strategies
