Job Title: Pump Service Engineer
Location:South East
Salary: Up to 45000 Basic Salary
- DoorToDoor Travel
- OT at 1.5x Rate

As a key member of the team youll play a vital role as the outward face to their valued customers.
Position Overview:
As a Field Service Engineer/Technician you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of equipment. Your role will involve planned maintenance troubleshooting repair installing and providing onsite training to our customers.
We are looking for a professional competent and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned maintenance of a wide variety ofequipment including fire pumps water systems booster sets and related equipment.
- Execute reactive maintenance in a timely manner
- Provide onsite training to customers across a number of industries.
- Perform troubleshooting service & repair activities on site both alone and as part of a team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers representing the company with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
- Apprentice trained or time served 3 years within the pump industry ideally within Fire Protection/Sprinklers etc
- UK Driving License
- Mechanical Engineering qualifications
- Excellent communication analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
