PATRIZIA is seeking to appoint a Senior Associate to the International Fund Management team.
This is a unique opportunity to work within the Fund Management team of one of PATRIZIAs largest funds. The role will enable the successful candidate to get immediate access to a dynamic multicountry portfolio of investments (ranging from income producing to ongoing developments) financing structures and occupiers relationships. There is also a mediumterm opportunity to be involved with the expansion of the fund into a larger panEuropean evergreen vehicle.
You will join a dynamic team and your role will involve under the oversight and management of the Fund Manager a variety of activities which currently can be summarised as follows:
- Assisting with (and eventually managing) quarterly client reporting and other updates
- Support team members and capital markets team members to raise new capital for the Fund; support in the creation and development of relationships with current and prospective investors through analysis creation of marketing material and client communications.
- Lead the Fund portfolio forecast analysis taking responsibility for the integrity and accuracy of the projections alongside any bespoke analysis required by investors or prospects.
- Lead assetlevel business plan updates and other portfolio and fund level analysis
- Coordination of fund valuers and relative information flow
- Coordination of fund ESG service providers and relative information flow
- Be first point of contact for Investment Managers (for the assigned assets) maintain uptodate knowledge of these properties and ensure that each propertys Business Plan continues to be aligned with the Funds strategy. Assist with investment management activities (e.g. lease renewals/negotiations development activities)
- Assist with transactions activity (acquisitions/sales) e.g. drafting approval documents; due diligence loan negotiations.
- Assist with debt origination strategy and refinancing decisions
What We Look For:
- You are Londonbased but willing to travel frequently (13 times a month) throughout the UK and continental Europe
- You have at least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- You are proficient in Excel with strong real estate fund / transaction modelling skills
- Being a good communicator sets you apart with detailed report writing experience
- You are a team player
- You are familiar with core key real estate and fund management concepts
- Ideally you would have experience in asset management or property management
- Ambitious initiative and adaptable are attributes which describe you
