Support smarter safer constructionright from the design stage.
AECOM is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Assistant Client Monitoring Team Member to help oversee the design and technical delivery of highprofile construction projects.
Youll support design coordination technical reviews and compliance monitoringworking closely with consultants contractors and client teams across projects such as prisons hospitals high end residentials to name a few.
Your day to day will consist of
- Assist in managing and monitoring design and technical coordination across projects.
- Review drawings specifications and Employers Requirements for compliance and buildability.
- Support procurement of consultants and subcontractors with clear design scopes.
- Help maintain projectspecific design programmes and monitor progress.
- Coordinate with commercial and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality.
About You
- Degree in Architecture Design or Constructionrelated field.
- An understanding of UK Building Regs construction processes and technical documentation.
- Proficient in CAD/Revit; confident with technical coordination.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
